Udayani Social Action Forum is a registered non-profit organization under the West Bengal Societies’ Registration Act 1960, and managed by the Calcutta Jesuits and Friends of the Society of Jesus, founded in 1540 by St. Ignatius of Loyola with the approval of Pope Paul III. The Jesuit mission is a mission of reconciliation and promotion of faith and justice. So that women and men may be reconciled with God, with themselves, with each other and with creation.
